Offering extremely spacious, beautifully furnished living accommodation comprising on the first floor open plan lounge,
kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms (two with en-suite facilities and one with family bathroom)
whilst on the ground floor a fourth bedroom with en-suite facilities, private swimming pool and games room.
Exclusive use of facilities
All of the above, including the heated indoor swimming pool, is for the exclusive use of guests staying at The Barn for the duration of their holiday.
Dartmoor and the coast
Close to the village of Lustleigh and a short distance from Bovey Tracey, Lower Harton Farm is an excellent centre for exploring the
open moorland, granite tors and quiet villages of Dartmoor, the towns, coast, beaches and rural countryside of South Devon.
Family holidays
The spacious accommodation and range of facilities available at the The Barn, make it the ideal venue for extended family holidays. There is something
for all generations to enjoy and enough space for everyone! Ample off-road parking for up to 8 cars.
Please note however that the large private garden with very deep unprotected water and bog garden make the accommodation
unsuitable for small children (under 10 years of age). Water for The Barn is delivered from a private borehole situated in the grounds.
Dog friendly (max 2 pets)
We welcome guests with well behaved dogs (by prior arrangement).
Open all year
The Barn is available for self catering holidays all year round and underfloor heating makes the accommodation warm and cosy whatever the weather.
The indoor swimming pool is heated to between 27 and 28 degrees centigrade.
