Online Booking Form

Please complete the online form below if you are interested in booking The Barn at Lower Harton Farm for your holiday. The Barn is not available for short breaks during our busy season. Our minimum stay in low season between October and March (excluding Christmas and New Year) is 3 nights.

We will reply within 48 hours of receipt of your booking form to confirm availability. A deposit payment of £250 is required initially with the balance plus a £150 cautionary deposit (which is returned if no claim is made for damage) being paid 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Payment can either be by cheque or bank transfer. Please note that a booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit payment of £250 has been received and availability confirmed

Our weekly change over day is Friday and we would ask that you check our availability page before submitting this form.

Please note, there is very deep unprotected water at The Barn which makes the garden a hazard for small children.
